The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index was down 6.33 points or 0.41% to close at 1,543.94 points today. The SET50 index ended at 983.37 points, down 6.01 points or 0.61%, in trade worth 35.99 billion baht. The MAI index went down 8.17 points or 1.45% to close at 555.73 points with total transaction value of 1.95 billion baht. Local institutions and brokers were net sellers of 3.04 billion baht and 258 million baht respectively. Foreign investors and retail investors were net buyers of 680 million baht and 2.62 billion baht respectively.
